Thea Batty is a Welsh clothing repair artist, educator, and advocate for sustainable fashion. Offering bespoke garment repairs, workshops, and research support, Thea empowers others to embrace mending as a creative act of resistance, fostering mindful connections to fashion and sustainability.

This event is in solidarity with Fashion Revolution Week 2025, we’re celebrating slow fashion, sustainability, and the stories behind our clothes.
Bring your worn, torn, and well-loved items for a day of visible mending, shared skills, and community connection.

Mending is more than just fixing clothes, it’s a mindful practice and a gentle form of protesting against fast fashion. Not only is it good for the environment but it is also great for the soul.

This is a free, drop-in event - all tools, materials, and resources provided! Feel free to bring your own items in need of repair or just come to learn and chat.
